Abstract:
Animated fantasy adventure based on the novel by Roald Dahl. When young orphan Sophie (voice of Amanda Root) meets the Big Friendly Giant (David Jason), he whisks her away to Giant Country and shows her how to capture dreams. However, his brethren aren't so kind and if Sophie and the BFG are going to succeed in stopping the likes of the Bloodbottler and the Fleshlumpeater, they are going to need a bit of help from the Queen of England (Angela Thorne).
