Performance sets - Hire eligibility

Orchestral and vocal sets may be hired from Westminster Music Library by any organisation based in the United Kingdom. An application form must be completed and signed by two officers of the organisation, each officer agreeing thereby to abide by the regulations for the hire of performance sets. Applications from organisations outside the UK will be considered.

In the case of an orchestra or choir attached to an educational institution, or consisting entirely or mainly of students undergoing an educational course at an institution, the application form must include the signature of a member of staff of the institution, who undertakes to act as a guarantor for the orchestra or choir.

Sets may be hired in person for a period of up to six months and may be reserved up to twelve months in advance. Sets must be reserved at least 2 weeks prior to the hire’s start date; we are unable to accommodate request made with less than 2 weeks’ notice. 

Performance sets are available for in-person collection only; we are unable to post sets. Sets are not available through the inter-library loan service.
